This is a great Calamondin recipe for a delicious seafood treat , compliments of Kate & Ritchie. Such a grand fish needs a grand finish. Here’s the recipe!
- combine roughly 4 tablespoons of coulis with 2 tablespoons of stone ground dijon mustard,
- Add 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- Add 1/2 teaspoon each of caraway and dill seeds, partially ground in a pestle.
- Add a touch of garlic powder, Calamondin Salt, and fresh ground pepper
- Spoon atop the Halibut.
