Print Calamondin Blossom Cocktail Yield: One Serving Ingredients Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz gin (May use vodka—not as nice) 2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup (recipe below) 2 oz fresh Calamondin juice (May use lemon) 2 T Calamondin Jam Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients 2 cups water 1 cup sugar 1/4 - 1/3 cup fresh rosemary Instructions Rosemary Syrup Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove pot from stove; cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain out the rosemary. Store syrup in a covered jar in fridge until ready to use. Cocktail Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake about 20 seconds. Pour into martini glass, ice optional.
